Shipping policy

Custom Tumblers will be shipped within 10-12 weeks of the creation date. They take multiple coats of epoxy to finish and this process takes time to ensure it is done correctly. Unforseen medical or emergency circumstances could extend this timeframe.

Ready to ship tumblers generally ship within 14 business days of order as they may require a final coat of epoxy.  If a decal is added they will ship within the custom order timeframe.

 

Clothing ships within 14 business days. This allows for pressing and shipping. If it is a pre order it can take up to 21 business days as long as there are no unforseen circumstances.
